Most women were never taught how to stay with what they feel, instead, we learned to cope, disconnect, overthink, suppress, or push through. Over time, this creates emotional overwhelm, anxiety, numbness, or a quiet sense of disconnection from ourselves.

Meet Georgina,
Founder of
The Self Therapy School™.
The Self Therapy School was born from Georgina’s own long-term healing experience through severe mental ill health, emotional trauma and a tried and tested 18 year journey home to deep self-connection.
After experiencing profound emotional suffering, years of inner transformation alongside training to be a counsellor, psychotherapist, Embodied Processing Practitioner and Yoga teacher, she began integrating trauma informed psycho-therapy practice, nervous system healing, embodiment, spirituality, yoga and lived experience into a deeply compassionate and empowering approach to healing.
The EMBODY Process™ brings everything together in a self-paced audio healing experience designed to guide you through deep emotional healing, nervous system regulation and authentic self-reconnection.
What I share comes from lived experience – over 30 years of walking the path helped me to understand that healing is possible when you learn to support yourself. The Self Therapy School doesn’t come from one approach, it’s an integration of it all in a way that feels safe, simple, and accessible.
Over the past 15 years, Georgina’s work has helped countless women to reconnect with their innate capacity to heal, grow and awaken from within.
